TK Asset Management has acquired two office properties in Helsinki together with a group of private investors

The office properties are situated in prominent locations at Mannerheimintie 105 and Eliel Saarisen tie 2. Completed in 2002 and 2007, these BREEAM-certified multi-tenant office properties have a total lettable area of approximately 11 000 sqm.
