Tuloskiinteistöt’s Nina Meyke assisted Roots Helsinki in finding new premises to support their expansion. Roots Herttoniemi opened its doors in March at Hitsaajankatu 20, 00810 Helsinki.

“Itä-Helsinki is a growing and vibrant area whose development we strongly believe in. Many of our teachers and customers have already lived in the eastern part of the city for years, so it felt natural for ROOTS to follow. Herttoniemi offered exactly what we were looking for: a good location close to residential areas and services, excellent transport connections and premises suited to our hybrid studio-café concept,” comments Tommi Leino from Roots.

The collaboration with Nina was experienced as very pleasant and the entire premises search process progressed smoothly and effortlessly.

Roots Helsinki is a wellness company founded in 2018, combining a yoga studio operation with a vegan café concept. The company offers yoga classes both in studios and online, as well as café services with a focus on plant-based products.
