Tuloskiinteistöt acted as the commercial advisor to BICO Group AB in a transaction where Logistea AB acquired a modern industrial and logistics property in Kempele, in the Oulu region. The transaction value is EUR 3.5 million.

Completed in 2024, the property comprises approximately 4,000 sqm of production and warehouse space and is located in Vihikari between Oulu Airport and the city centre of Oulu. The property is fully leased to Cactos Oy, a technology company specializing in energy storage solutions.

The transaction supports Logistea’s strategy to expand its Nordic portfolio of logistics and industrial properties and will strengthen BICO Group’s cash flow in the first quarter of 2026.
